I've worked in the administration field for over 15 years within the public, not for profit and healthcare sector. My background comes with extensive experience with administration skills, fundamental accounting, human resources and customer service. My main focus is to assist you with keeping you organized with receipts, travel logs, calendar management, HST remittance, data entering, payroll, inbox management, contracts and event logistics.


I've decided to grow my career virtually in the financial and administration sector as I enjoy being challenged with multi-tasking, utilizing my organizational strengths, enhance my passion for numbers and helping employers focus on the bigger priorities.

How do you maintain confidential information?

I have many years experience working

in a highly confidential area of healthcare and government. Working with patient information, incident reporting and policies is a requirement for a high standard of confidentiality. I have received secret security clearance by the Government of Canada since 2010.

What is the difference between bookkeeping and administrative services?

Bookkeeping: Data entering receipts, mileage reports, HST remittances, payroll, track debits, reconcile financial statements and maintain a business expense tracker for ease come tax season.

Administrative Services: Inbox management, data entering, document management, quality control, calendar management, travel planning and event planning.


What can I expect if I hire you?

You have the opportunity to focus on bigger priorities while I tackle behind the scenes work. More time for your business and less time worrying about the clutter of paperwork and scheduling. You can cut costs by avoiding salaried employees, office space and only pay for the services required.

Do you ONLY work virtually?

I will be working primarily virtually. My services can include in-person meetings depending on location and time.
